DELIVERY DETAILS

• We offer free worldwide delivery on all orders, however the shipping method will vary depending on where the order is delivered to.
• For regional orders, which includes all of the Greater Kruger National Park and areas north to Phalaborwa, west to Tzaneen, and south to Nelspruit/Mbombela, all original artworks are delivered personally by Fox Gallery. We are also glad to assist with mounting your artwork if needed.
• For international orders and non-regional orders within South Africa, delivery is free for unframed artworks. For framed artworks, please contact us for a shipping quotation via e-mail at info@foxgallery.co.za or via WhatsApp at +27 83 263 2337.
• Print orders are delivered unstretched/unframed, rolled between layers of protective paper in a high quality postal tube.
• International orders are typically delivered 2-4 weeks from the purchase date, depending on the customs processing time of the destination country.
• Non-regional orders within South Africa will be delivered within 10 business days.
• Regional and local orders can be collected from the gallery within 1 business day, or delivered within 3 business days (next day delivery can be arranged in most cases).
