In most cases, you can cancel your order up until the time it ships without any cancellation fee. A couple exceptions apply:

• For canvas artworks that have already been removed from their inner frames (stretcher bars) prior to shipping, a 5% cancellation fee will apply.
• Custom-framed orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.

We offer free worldwide delivery on all orders, however the shipping method can vary depending on where the order is delivered to.

Print orders will be delivered unstretched/unframed, rolled between layers of protective paper in a high quality postal tube. We use acid-free paper to ensure the print can be stored long term if needed.

For regional orders, which includes all of the Greater Kruger National Park and areas north to Phalaborwa, west to Tzaneen, and south to Nelspruit/Mbombela, all original artworks are delivered personally by Fox Gallery. We are also glad to assist with mounting your artwork if needed.

For international orders and non-regional orders within South Africa, all print orders and any original artworks larger than 60 x 60 cm / 24" x 24" are delivered unstretched/unframed, rolled between layers of protective paper in a high quality postal tube. We only use acid-free paper to ensure the print or original artwork can be stored long term if needed. If you would prefer to have your order delivered stretched and/or framed, we would be glad to assist you with this. International orders are typically delivered 2-4 weeks from the purchase date, depending on the customs processing timeline of the destination country.

Non-regional orders within South Africa will be delivered within 10 business days.

Regional and local orders can be collected from the gallery within 1 business day, or delivered within 3 business days (next day delivery can be arranged in most cases).

We partner with DHL, FedEx, & UPS to deliver your artwork safely across the globe.

We take great care in packaging your artwork to ensure it arrives to you safely. In the rare event your artwork is damaged during shipping, please send us details of what occurred, along with images of the damaged artwork and packaging, so that we can begin the claims process with the shipping provider. We will make a plan to get the artwork shipped back to us, and either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your artwork, you can request a return within 14 days of when you receive it. We will arrange for a courier to come and collect the artwork and return it to us.
